The screws are mainly used for osteotomies, bone nonunions, and arthrodeses.

VAL Olecranon Locking Plate is used for complex extra- and intra-articular olecranon fractures, pseudoarthroses of the proximal ulna, osteotomies and simple olecranon fractures.
