First Quarter of 2021, The Succeed in Practice Training Lesson of The Trauma Department Successfully Concluded!

From 14th to 17th, April, the sales team and marketing team of the Trauma Department, around 120 people, together attended the "Succeed in Practice" Training Lesson of first quarter, 2021. They summarized successful experience, learned professional knowledge and exchanged methods and skills, managing to become a more professional team!

At the opening ceremony, Dr. Lin expressed not only his pride of this team, but also his responsibility as an entrepreneur to build an independent brand of a high-value orthopedic medical company. He appealed everyone to make unremitting efforts for a better brand, a better team and a better self.

After the opening ceremony was the business training. All participants summarized their clinical experience and shared their business knowledge with each other. That's what "From the Clinic, For the Clinic" means.

The second part was the surgery lesson conducted by experienced doctors. Our sales team communicated with the doctors on the surgical technique of our products to make themselves more familiar with the design concept. Through this lesson, they found a more efficient way to communicate with the orthopedic doctors and provide more professional service. Meanwhile, the marketing team prepared the Workshop and cases sharing for all participants.

The third part is the sales training led by the sales managers. They shared their experiences in sales and gave a great lesson to the teammates who just joined this big team.

The Training Lesson had been finished, but our new future started here. We will keep learning through working and keep improving by learning!
