The anatomical fixed-bearing unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) system is a next-generation prosthetic design that restores natural joint kinematics by closely matching the patient’s native femoral and tibial anatomy.

Unlike mobile-bearing designs, the fixed-bearing UKA features a polyethylene insert that is firmly secured to the tibial baseplate, providing a single articulation interface.
