Product Detail

The revision cemented long stem femoral component is a specialized implant designed for complex revision total hip arthroplasty (THA) procedures where extensive femoral bone loss, periprosthetic fractures, or failed primary implants necessitate extended diaphyseal fixation. These stems, typically exceeding 180mm in length, provide mechanical stability by engaging the distal femoral cortex beyond compromised proximal bone stock. Both cemented and cementless PBG stem using the same broach.
