Pedicle Screw Insertion：
Perform derotation mainly in T6, T7, T8; Uni-Planar Pedicle Screws are used in one side of the vertebras; Long Arm Polyaxial Pedicle Screws are used in other pedicles.

- Measurement
- Rod Bending
- Placement of Closed Extension Shaft in Derotation Segment
- Extension Shaft Reduction
- Pre-locking via Nut
- Derotation
- Correction of Deformity
Correction of Deformity:
– Perform derotation via Coronal Rod Benders in coronal plane;
– Perform distraction in concave side;
– Perform compression in convex side;
– Derotate the vertebra segmentally.
