Indication:

  • Secure assembly
  • Both 5.5mm and 6.0mm rod can apply to the same pedicle screw


Thread Design

  • Proximal thread for cortex bone: enhance pedicle fixation
  • Self-tapping thread of screw tip: easy insertion of the screw into the pedicle; non-tapping design of the slot without damage to the pedicle wall makes the bicortical fixation safer (except S2AL)
  • Double-threaded design: improve insertion speed


Screw Head Design: 

Minimum volume of screw head


  • Avoid difficulty of postoperative suture and complications such as wound pain caused by high profile
  • Reduce irritation to the adjacent bone structure.
  • CBT avoids collision between screw heads.

 

Screw Arm Design

  • Rectangular thread: reduce cross threading
  • Negative angle of thread: avoid distraction and rupture of the screw arm
  • Blunt design of the beginning part: automatic alignment can be realized without the alignment sleeve


Screw Nut Design:

  • Snap-off screw nut: avoid slippery
  • Protruding point: increase the compression between the screw nut and the rod and improve the locking ability
