Indication:
- Femoral fractures of teenager or small adults
- Femoral shaft fractures
- Subtrochanteric fractures
- Ipsilateral femoral neck/shaft fractures
- Impending pathological fracture
- Nonunions and malunions
Features:
- Smaller diameter of the nail: more suitable for adolescent femoral medullary canal
- Entry point: At lateral of the greater trochanter, a far end point with distance of 20mm from lesser trochanter and 12° lateral to the axis of the medullary canal.
- Oblique cutting in proximal end prevent irritation to soft tissue.
- Lateral flat cut design lower pressure on the lateral cortex.
- Recon locking and standard locking, the two locking option for different fractures.
